Return & Refund Policy – Gehna Studio

At Gehna Studio, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive your jewellery in perfect condition.

No Return Policy

All products purchased from Gehna Studio are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order has been successfully placed and shipped, we do not accept requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or any other reason.

We request customers to carefully review the product details, images, size, color, and other information before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us verify the issue, you may be required to provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• A clear video of the package being opened, if available
• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

After reviewing the issue, Gehna Studio may, at its sole discretion, provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

Refunds

As our products are sold under a no-return and no-refund policy, refunds are generally not provided.

A refund may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as an approved case involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, where Gehna Studio determines that a refund is appropriate.
